What we collect
In the application: parent name, email and mobile, child name and date of birth, stage, curriculum and session choices, and optional notes. In the contact form: name, email, optional mobile and your message.
Why we collect it
To review the application, reply to the inquiry and contact you.
Where it is kept
Data is saved in the school database and seen by authorized school staff.
What we do not do
We do not ask for file uploads on the website, we do not process payments, and we do not use analytics tools on children’s data.
On your device
We keep only the reference number on your device, with no child or parent data.
When automated sending is enabled, we use Resend for parent submission acknowledgements and school application/inquiry notifications. Application emails contain the reference, grade and contact details, but not the child’s name, date of birth or documents. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.
